Chevron Corporation names new general counsel

William ‘Jim' Haynes II has been named as the new chief corporate counsel of the international energy group, Chevron Corporation.
A former general counsel of the US Department of Defence, Haynes will report to Chevron's general counsel, Charles James, and will manage the 45-lawyer strong legal department.
Headquartered in San Ramon, California, Chevron Corporation is one of the world's largest integrated energy companies conducting business in more than 100 countries.
