Leading Blatic law firms merge

Leading Baltic firms Raidla & Partners; Lejins, Torgans & Partners; and Norcous & Partners have merged under the name, Raidla Lejins & Norcous.

The three hail from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and have worked together on numerous cross-border projects. The firm will offer advice on matters such as M&A, dispute resolution, competition, real estate, finance, intellectual property and employment law.
All three are part of the RoschierRaidla network.
