Fennica joins Bird & Bird

Global law firm Bird & Bird will officially join forces with Finland's Fennica Attorneys Ltd on 1 May.
The Helsinki office will be known as Bird & Bird Attorneys Ltd.
The combined firm will have almost 700 lawyers in 15 offices across Europe and Asia.
