Sidley Austin LLP hires private funds specialist

Bruce Gardner has moved to Sidley Austin LLP from SJ Berwin.
With over ten years hedge funds and alternative asset management experience, Gardner joins as a partner in the firm's investment funds, advisers and derivatives group based in London.
He appears in The International Who's Who of Private Funds Lawyers.
