Sherman & Howard merges with top real-estate firm

Sherman & Howard LLC announced on 1 April that it had officially combined with Colorado real-estate firm Wear Travers & Perkins.

The firms have shared clients and served as co-counsel for many years.
Sherman & Howard LLC is the oldest law firm in Denver, serving clients in a wide range of industries.
The combined will boast more than 160 lawyers.
