Cozen O'Connor obtains white-collar defence firm

Cozen O'Connor has acquired white-collar defence boutique The Martyn Firm PLLC.
The Martyn Firm was established in 2002 in Washington DC by Iden Martyn. He and six members of his practice joined Cozen O'Connor on 1 April in its Washington DC and Houston offices.
Cozen O'Connor was established in 1970 and calls on the services of over 500 lawyers practising in 21 national offices and another two outside the US in London and Toronto.
