UGGC & Associés acquires new Asian offices

On 14 March, UGGC & Associés signed an agreement to acquire the Asia offices of French firm ADAMAS.
The offices include those in Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei, Guangzhou and Seoul and covering practice areas such as corporate, finance, intellectual property, environment, distribution and litigation.
