McGuire Woods LLP and Helms Mulliss & Wicker PLLC completed their merger on 31 March 2008. The two had announced plans to merge at the beginning of March.
The combined firm boasts nearly 900 lawyers with offices in 17 cities in the United States, Europe and Central Asia. It will be known as McGuire Woods LLP.
