Julian Heathcote goes to FAST

The Federation Against Software Theft (FAST) has announced the promotion of Julian Heathcote Hobbins to the position of general counsel.
Before joining The Federation in 2001, Hobbins worked as a solicitor at Theodore Goddard (now Addleshaw Goddard) in London.
FAST, was set up in 1984 by the British Computer Society's Copyright Committee. Its first proceeding was to urge Parliament for changes to the copyright act of 1956.
The federation is based in Berkshire, England.
