Willkie Farr hires capital markets leader in Frankfurt

Michael Schlitt has joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as a partner in its Frankfurt office.

Recognised as a leader in the capital markets field, Schlitt has represented top international financial institutions and corporations including Citi, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.
He comes from the Frankfurt office of Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP where he headed the German capital markets team.
He appears in The International Who's Who of Capital Markets Lawyers.
